WP5000 WILD RAILFLEX on track processor is part of the WILD wheel impact system of which two WSOOA smart sensors are used per rail. The WP5000 combine a wheel processor with integrated FLEXBUS ports. The WP5000 has 5K Volt fiber optic galvanic isolation. Additionally the WP5000 has built-in magnetic mount and quick release mount capability.

RAIL FLEXLOG IMPACT DATA LOGGER allows for fast baseline analyses of rail noise and the recording of wheel impacts levels. The battery powered rechargeable logger attach magnetically to rail web and automatically wakes up and records train noise profiles – then go back to sleep.
The RAILFLEX DATA LOGGER record wheel impact noise of passing trains/consists and can operate for extended periods on a single battery charge. Files can be viewed and downloaded using the built-in WiFi web server GUI without the need to attach any external cables. The CSV records can be imported into EXCEL spread sheets for analysis
